Free support - for women, by women - in relation to incidents of rape, sexual abuse or unwanted sex no matter when or where it happened.  We will listen, support and believe you.

Getting support

  Phone us: 0800 783 4608
The phone line is open:
Tuesday evening: 6pm to 9pm
Thursday evening: 6pm to 9pm
Sunday afternoon: 3pm to 6pm

Black Asian and minority ethnic women's helpline: 0800 434 6484 
If you would prefer to speak to a black or Asian woman, our BME phone line is open: 
Monday evening: 6pm to 9pm
Friday afternoon: 12 noon to 3pm
Sunday daytime: 10 am to 1pm
 

There's an answer machine outside of these times, so you can call and ask us to call you back during opening hours.  You can also just leave us a message.

You can send us an email at any time of the day or night and we will write back as soon as we can. If you are feeling bad and want to just type out the feelings then don't worry, that's fine, send them to us. You can email us as often as helps you. We reply as soon as we can, usually within a day or two.
